Title: What's happened to Chesterfield Friday Market?

We had a wander round the large market today.
There were so many gaps with empty stalls.
What's happened?
There are market stalls scattered around the streets in Chesterfield.
What's it all about?

Probably bad weather. The stall holders quite often don't turn up if it's forecast to be bad. There was a bit of snow about overnight that would have put a few off travelling.

But even on good days there are a good number of vacant stalls, especially the 'New Square' ones - the Thursday 'flea' market is better attended!
