Not much of an end to a cruise to the Azores.

"He's never made headline news. He'll be sitting on his cloud chortling."
What a lovely attitude.

;D Awww bless her, it sounds as if it hasn't quite sunk in yet.
Lesson to be learned though - never sit looking out of the large windows when sailing through a storm.

More on this story. I guess the ship will now be inspected for sea worthyness.
The worst we have ever been in was in Alaska when during the night things were sliding off the dressing table, I went to the bathroom stepped inside and never moved my feet again but found myself infront of the toilet :)
Mind you ships bathrooms are very small so I didn't slide that far.
The next morning we awoke to a letter from the captain under the door - because of hurricane winds we had had to move swiftly out of the area in the night and so missed our first call.
I certainly wouldn't have gone to the balcony during that night ;)
