I've been poorly too for the last 2 days. Took me ages to reply to Pete last night.

eeep sorry tp hear that fly, i've been suffering with bad tum and the trots since monday havnt eaten properly since then either,

I've had all the symptoms of food poisoning without the trots or actually being sick, just felt it constantly.
Also been to work. How I got out the house this morning is beyond me. I must be crackers.
Feeling a lot better tonight. Cheers peeps.

I was on a refresher first aid course all day yesterday, today I've been busy cleaning upstairs and then transfering my stuff out of pc onto memory stck and external drive - seems we have to have new computers.
Which reminds me I have a question to ask over on the Techie bit ====== byeeee =========

Fly, sorry to hear you're not well.  Hope you feel better soon. Is Mags OK?
Emmz, you too chick.  We have some stomach thing going round at work and so far I've escaped it.  Not sure for how long.

Cheers, I think i am over the worst now, back to work today which is a plus....I hate having time off but as i spent all of tuesday and most of yesterday in bed there was no way of getting there.
