So you see the headline "E-cigarettes face curb in public places in Wales" then you read the article and it changes to "enclosed public places". In my book thats two totally different things.

Im still of the opinion that smoking should only be allowed in privately owned places like your own home and car.

I don't really know much about the E cigs only what Fly has said in past threads.
Have never really had a problem with them being used in public places but then again I didn't know they had nicotine in them?
I'm not sure how far this can go without completely excluding people who use them from all public places and how much effect it would have on the none smokers/ asthmatics/ children etc.
Sounds like more research and findings made public is the way forward.

If I was into conspiracy theories, I'd say that governments are waiting for the major tobacco companies to exploit this new product.
There is a major e-cig advert on tv at the moment and I read recently that it is a huge American tobacco company that is behind it.

There's a brand new 'Vape' shop opened on Inkersall Green. Never seen anyone in there yet. ::)

I've always said it. If people stop smoking, or it's banned. Everybody will pay for it.
Get ready for a tax hike.
I've gone, sorry. we've gone, respect to the wife, 18 months now ;) without a fag. She still uses an E-fag now and again.
Just gov after taxes.

At least the smokers that use them are trying to change.
