Title: Church Of The Latter Day Saints, Stonegravels.

I wondered what the big pointed steel frame object was behind the church.
Last week I noticed it was being covered in steel? sheeting.
Now I can see what it's for  8)
Our_Lass says it should have had a twist in it to keep in theme with Spire and Proact Stadium  :)

We saw it earlier today dangling from the crane. We'd been wondering when it was going to be put in place and just happened to be driving past, without a camera unfortunately.

Its only a small church - MASSIVE How many latter day saints/mormons live in Chsterfield?

Here you go. I also noticed just after taking this shot, there is a statue of a couple hand in hand with a child at the entrance to the church. I didn't have chance to stop again to take a picture.

My curiosity finally got the better of me, the other day. I went up to that statue and looked at the mother figure. In particular, the third finger of her left hand. Whoops! No bronze representation of a wedding ring!
