Now this I am in favour of but fear it's the start of more privatisation of the NHS. Hope I'm wrong :(

I don't think you are.
I recon this lot won't be happy until we're all working 7 days a week.

Do we have enough GP's for this?
Even GP's will get tired and possibly more mistakes will be made.
I'm not completely sold on the 'internet' idea either
In theory it's a good idea but only if there enough GP's.
