Title: Ministers tell GPs to open all hours
Post by: Fly on April 13, 2014, 06:31:10 PM
Doctors will receive £50 million of funding so they can see patients seven days a week, under plans to be launched on Monday

Now this I am in favour of but fear it's the start of more privatisation of the NHS. Hope I'm wrong  :(

I don't think you are.

I recon this lot won't be happy until we're all working 7 days a week.

Do we have enough GP's for this?
Even GP's will get tired and possibly more mistakes will be made.
I'm not completely sold on the 'internet' idea either
In theory it's a good idea but only if there enough GP's.
