Ebola has reached the shores of Spain watched with interest the news a spokesman says we are prepared to deal with Ebola should a outbreak happen here in the Uk. Really do hope so Ebola is no joke should we place restrictions on travel to Africa and any where that has has a Ebola outbreak?

I think in answer to the original question.................... NO!
If/when it lands on our shores I expect the usual commotion and flapping will ensue, followed by some compromise and cobbled together response. :(

Yes agree with you Engine Driver there will be panicking government official on the TV saying everything under control and not to worry while the population will be thinking otherwise.

I don't think we are prepared for it unless there are things going on in preparation which we don't know about?
We will maybe have the option of yet another needle poked into our arms in the not so near future.
I don't see how they can put restrictions on people moving around the World.
From what I have heard the best defense initially is hygiene with plenty of hand washing.
Spain isn't that far away from us and a popular holiday place for Brits.
