Title: Morrison's Brampton

Has anyone else heard that Morrison's at Brampton are closing?
We have shopped there occasionally and it's always been very busy

not heard anything about it closing so not sure, can always ask someone i know who works there see if she has any details

Maybe for a refurb but I doubt they are closing for good. If they are we will be busier!!

I was under the impression it was a top performing store for them.

I heard they were building a bigger store somewhere on the former Robinsons site - so maybe thats what the talk is about

I think its more likely that Morrison's are wanting a bigger store as the present store is not big enough now. About ten years ago Sainsbury's extended there store and Tesco built a larger store later on.

I heard this too, I think the reality will be a refit and they probably can't keep it open during this due to its small size. Staveley has apparently just had a refit, I heard it was to be January it closes although not heard anything official. I take dial a bus shoppers there and there are no signs advertising anything.
