The actual figures are pretty meaningless anyway given that they talk in billions in the same way we talk about hundreds.
The fact remains that the Tories said they reduce borrowing which they have failed to do.
You either consider it a lie, a failure to comprehend the size of the problem or (however unlikely) an acceptance that the Labour party were correct in their assertion that spending on public sector projects was the best way out of the recession.
