Title: Milliband has obviously learnt nothing?

Makes a speech today saying that sensible cuts are going to be made in order to reduce the deficit. Hurrah!!!
Then he declines to say what those cuts will be!!!
Obviously learnt nothing from the last election where the public got disillusioned with no-one giving detailed answers.

I've never heard a politician give a detailed answer !!  ;)
