Possible Ebola victim in Scotland we are told.
They also tell us Ebola is 'hard to catch'
They give police guard to the ambulance taking the lady to the specialist hospital unit?
Why???
If it is hard to catch???
Are they playing it down, to stop panic!!!
-
And so, the panic begins... :)) ;)
-
The lady concerned is now critical we are told.
I'm not buying the 'it's not easy to catch' info which they keep telling us.
Too much security and conditions around the care of people with Ebola for it to be believable.
-
I'm assuming you know that she contracted the disease in Sierra Leone?
-
Yes I do Pete.
What I can't get my head around is that if it's not that easy to catch 'why' did the ambulance need police escorts and why when here when hygiene is probably much more adhered to do they need the tent and all the other rigmarole which the Dr's/ Nurses have to do?
To lil ol me it doesn't add up - if it's hard to contract?
-
Probably Cameron's using it for some sort of propaganda for his heartless plans... ;)

I was listening to Nigel Farage today. He was talking about the huge amount of money we send to other countries. What he said was in his opinion only money for water etc ( essentials) should be sent and the rest stopped.
I had to agree with him on that.
-
Do you think Nigel Farage would make a good prime minister?

Do you think Nigel Farage would make a good prime minister?
cough cough :-?
No but 'some' of what he says makes sense - only 'some' mind ;)
-
I doubt Farage could make a decent cup of tea >;
-
Just read that the nurse has made a full recovery.
-
Good news Pete, I have wondered what was happening there (y)

Shame about Farage LOL ;D
