We all moan about crap customer service in shops, the doctors surgery etc. but I have to name Ironmongery Direct as being absolutely brilliant.
Husband wanted to order some 12mm Cam Bolts but he's a bit rubbish with ordering off t'internet so I get tasked with it. I could see why he was having problems as the site kept freezing, so I phoned the order through. The customer service people were not only very helpful, but when the package arrived there was a bar of Chunky Kit Kat in it to say thanks for the order and sorry for the inconvenience.
Nice touch I thought, and you don't see that very often :)
