Love that Pete.
I enlarges it and could see the horse in front of the cart and also what looks like maybe a Policeman standing near the gate where the horse and cart are?

My cousin was once the manageress, I didn't spot it either.
Should have done. Commented on the tower before, what's the point of it. No windows ??
