Am I missing something? Is this the mother of all Morrisons big Bolsover question mark thingy here? Gone down? Dead Parrot? As in the centrepiece of the Socialist republic regeneration strategy -10k a year allowances etc. . ¿Que pasa? Sorry for the slightly incoherent content, tablets cutting in .... it's late. Can I delete this post if I dreamt all this?

Can't say I'm surprised. I don't think any of the 'big 4' will be opening many large supermarkets in the future unless a lot of the area is sub let a la T**** in chesterfield

Plus the Vicar Lane store is due to close soon. The way things are going their will be no shops in that complex.

Pity really, but not suprising as Morrisons are closing stores and not really opening many and like JR says other stores are also struggling at the moment,
Wonder what will become of the old sherwood lodge now then

We walked past the store yesterday - there's no sign in the window saying 'closing down' ?

There was a sign the other week in the Morrisons Vicar Lane store stating that they were looking into a possible store closure. Perhaps they have decided not to close it now.

It just gave a change of opening hours yesterday but not sure how long the poster had been up?
