Title: Walton Hospital what are they doing?

Round the back where the new entrance is to the side of the buildings there is a large grass area.
Very tall yellow machine looked as if they were drilling down - what are they doing - anyone know?

just had a quick look on the internet, looks like they are building about 90 new houses. Cant help with the drilling rig because i have not seen the type they are using,could be just soil sampling or a piling rig quite a few different ones are used in the building industry.

Blimey they are a bit close to the hospital aren't they!

Not to me Fly - well not 'there' anyway, I didn't realise building was going to be so close to the hospital - just a  foot path between the hospital and where they were drilling down.

Any plans to view of the proposed housing?

I can't find an actual plan of the proposed layout, just the area  :(

I took these photographs several weeks ago - forgotten all about them.

The fencing is around the back of the hospital where the new reception/car park is to the right.
