Title: What ever happened to the Riverside development and Unstone Centre Park project?

Been reading the Derbyshire Times website it would seem that Chesterfield is kicking into life on the development front . The COOP building set to be a hotel and Walton Mills as mentioned on here has grand plans. I'm sure their was a development called Riverside or something on them lines again grand plans and much hype at the time what's happened to that or did I imagine it? When I come to Chesterfield I use the X17 so don't go though Unstone has any construction been done on that Centre Park idea seems to have gone quite?

Never heard anything about that for a long time WCT, if I remember correctly it was said that this had been proposed before and nothing ever came of it - maybe the same thing has happened again!
