Title: Should the death plenty be brought back for child murder?

Its high time something was done far too many babies and children are murdered each year we need stronger sentences to stop this trend . Bring back the death plenty.

Why not for all murderers if they are 100% without a doubt guilty ?

Yeh but ah but - what if you had struck your intruder and he had died from that blow - would you have been a murdered and so put to death?

I never actually said, or meant 'yes'.
We've had this conversation on here before I think. It's like assisted suicide. Every case is different and needs looking at individually.
As mycul says, 'Let him have it'. Convicted of murder, then released years later  :-X
