Grangewood has a a bit of a bad name but don't know about now?
Years ago my driving instructor told me not to stop or he would lose his tyres when he took me round there.
Birdholme had a name for itself as well at one time - can't say about now.

Speaking of places - how do you like Dronfield WCT?

As a taxi driver, there's not one place in the area that makes me uncomfortable going to, or picking up from  (y)
