The atrocity that has just taken place with up to 60 or more lives taken in Nice is absolutely terrible and unforgivable.
My thoughts are with the families and friends of the bereaved on what should have been a day of celebration (Bastille Day).
I know we are leaving the EU - but the distance between us and France is no wider than the English Channel and never will be. Therefore our connections and unity as fellow european citizens should be cemented.
I'm not politicising this in any way - I purely have sympathy with the affected persons.
Our sympathies are with you tonight mes amies :( :(
