Title: Internet Tracking
Post by: Old Cruser on November 08, 2016, 06:31:35 PM
Has anyone ever tracked another person down on the internet?
How easy would it be to find an old friend of mine?

We found Our_lass's half sister using facebook. Simples ;D

I also used the BT online service to find someone. Basically I phoned everyone in that location with matching fore/surname and got the person I was after (y)

Thanks Fly. I've heard of people being traced via facebook so will check that out.

BT online service I can't say I have come across that, so that's another avenue.

I reckon with this internet we have these days it's not maybe as 'easy' to lose yourself.

Maybe that's how some internet Trolls have been found out as well - purely by being tracked down and so turning the tables so to speak.

This internet Malarkey is one mighty fine Web!!  :)
Big Brother and all that  ;)
