Title: Rouge traders

Hi. Looking for some advice about rouge traders/scammers operating in our area. What’s the best way to make the community aware of them so they don’t get scammed or is there a way to report them to someone like the council?

Some context - paid a tradesman and they’ve not done the work and won’t return the money
