Title: Eurovision Song Contest
Post by: Pete on March 19, 2012, 06:32:11 PM
Just to save the other thread from going further off topic - lets put ESO stuff here. :)

I think we'll lose again because the judges won't be able to stop laughing at our OAP singer.  :o

Why does anyone think we stand a chance with Humperdink?

It is an utter and complete waste of time and money. It is something I have not watched for years and years, because of the political voting Bo**ocks.
Im sure BBC pump some money in to this, but I cant prove it.
Begs the question why, when the cut back on other stuff.

I think that it was a genuine mis-understanding on the part of the selection panel.  They were obviously told to go for someone with a BiG name  8)

Its completely pointless TV.

We arent ever going to win it again as everyone votes for their neighbouring country.

Just proves that its talentless shite as once again Jedward are 'singing' for Ireland.

1967 is widely regarded to be the coolest years for music, certainly albums, but who was the best selling singles artist?

Engelbert, apparently ..... with equally vomit inducing songs as his current one.
