I have driven through tupton a few times. I think my best bet is to ask my housing association where they have houses and then have a drive around like you advised. I would like a quiet street, no rogues lol. My daughter likes to play out so would need there to be children living close by. And of course a nice school. I have no problem with where I live to be fair. But feel we need a change and a fresh start. New home. New friends etc. Would love to live in wingerworth but doubt there would be any houses available. Wishful thinking though. Think I may contact the association tomorrow and take it from there. Hello everyone. I am new to this forum. I am considering moving to the clay cross area with my nine year old daughter. Could anyone give me any information/advice. What are the schools like, people, housing estates (I would need a housing association/council house). What things are there to do in the area etc. I really just fancy a change and a fresh start and would love to have an opinion from others. Thank you in advance xx
