Bullied blind woman films abuse

Do the people that have done this lead such sad pathetic lives that they resort to bullying someone who cant see?  How low can you actually go?

Good on her for filming it and sending it to the police, however its a shame that these people arent named and shamed or even mentioned in the report what happened to them.  They have video evidence so punish them.
