What's happened to NEDDC?

The topic about Natascha Engel got me thinking about north east Derbyshire where she's MP - what's happened to NEDDC? Has it amalgmated with Bolsover DC? I see there's a sign on the Saltergate building that Derbyshire CC are in there too.

There often used to be stuff in the DT about NEDDC's achievements but these days it's all Bolsover getting grants, doing this and that, rebranding the town etc,

NEDDC & BDC jointly operate several services but the remain separate political organisations. NEDDC are supposed to be moving from Saltergate though not sure where to, the are unusual in that their main HQ is outside their area

All makes sense now then. Traffic going up Saltergate past the Coop will be oneway.
Traffic coming from Ashgate will be redirected through the old NEDDC office site and onto the Northern Gateway.
