Chatsworth Gardens
« on: October 12, 2014, 07:16:27 PM »
Been today and was a decent day.  Very busy though.

If any of you have been, do you know how to get to the waterfall that's set back from the top of the cascade?  Can you get from the gardens?

I must say though, paying to park and pay again to get in is a bit off.

Paying to park doesn't give you access to the house or gardens.
You can pay to park at Carlton Lees Garden centre too. But it's well expensivw stuff in the shop.

Don't they do the inclusive deals now then?
I reckon they used to have different prices depending on what/where you wanted to visit?

I think they should charge but if you go in the house and/or gardens, the parking should be refunded.

Its £3 to park at £12 each for gardens only.  Granted theres a lot there but paying for both is a bit steep.
