A bit early I know but I am just filling in my diary for next year.

Tupton Local History Society - they do have a website.

March 5th
If anyone is interested there is a talk on the Chesterfield Canal by Peter Wilde.
It says it was also known as 'Cuckoo Dyke' and the talk is about it's History and Plans for the Future.

June 4th -
The Black and white Buildings of Chesterfield by Janet Murphy

I will be there, Janet is a friend of mine and it is her specialist subject, she's very good,
I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.
