Has Britain's traditional Sunday Roast Gone
« on: August 30, 2015, 10:01:11 AM »
I have to admit to not always following tradition with our Sunday Roast at home these days.
We sometimes ditch the home cooked roast and go and eat out after walking or browsing the shops.
It's not so important as it used to be.
Anyone else ditched theirs?

We haven't bothered for twenty odd years. We just eat what we fancy, irrespective of what day of the week it is.
I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

If we are all here (kids etc), then yes. Sometimes it takes place on another day other than Sunday because we all have different working days - but it's nice to sit round the table when we are all assembled together. FAMILY innit (y)
