Just saw it on the news this morning and once again the human rights brigade et al are all moaning about this.

If you're not doing anything wrong you have nothing to fear......end of.

I would take a lot of persuading that this was an infringement of my rights, in a perfect world yes we wouldn't need such measures but unfortunately we do.
If this gets just one miscreant off the streets then it's worth it
