A trillion in the UK usually means 1 x 1000 million £
The USA class a trillion as a million  x million $ AFAIK, this is never said 
That's a lot of money that could have been handed out to 'HELP' people. Not pocketed by greed !!

It's about time the world leaders started to talk to each other, and curb/cut the greed, or were all doomed.
