Richard Thorp known as Alan Turner in Emmerdale for many years had passed away aged 81yrs
RIP  :(

Can't believe I didn't comment on your post back in May OC :'(
Just watched Emmerdale. Alan's passed away  :(
Over 90% of all computer problems can be traced back to the interface between the keyboard and the chair

Obviously the script writers thought the current, or then, current, story took precedence.

Did anyone else think that, in the funeral cortege, Sandy looked just like 'Toad of Toad Hall' riding on his mobility scooter with his goggles on?!!!
