Anyone else seen this in Chesterfield?
« on: October 10, 2014, 07:36:10 PM »
I noticed this whilst waiting for daughter today in Chesterfield.
I must have been walking around with my eyes shut as I've not noticed it before.

Well spotted!  I've never seen that before.  Some would say that's not surprising.  I am notoriously dim. And blonde  :-[

What I SHOULD have taken also but didn't as it was starting to rain was the 'saucer/bowl at the top of the pillar directly below the plaque.
It was bent over to one side, hubby and I both commented on it and said we hope it was safe.
If that came down so would part of the building!
