The end of filesharing, Internet, or what ?

#1 What's next, DropBox, etc, and any other free webspace providers ?

We all get 'free' webspace with our ISP's, mine's TalkTalk, it's where my website is.
I'd be stupid to put any illegal copyright files on there. It's got 'my' details tagged to it.

BUT: I have a 50webs.com account, I use this for pictures etc I share on here.
I didn't have to 'prove' my ID for an account, just supply a valid email address.
Valid email addresses are available all over the net for free. No ID required.
Hotmail etc

So where is all this going.
You pay for Internet connection, and, pay for webspace that is tagged to you.
This way you can be traced by the suppliers of your ISP if you have dodgy downloads.
Now that actually doesn't sound too bad, does it.

BUT: There's millions of people out there who have paid, possibly to legit companies, who trade on the net.
There's also millions out there who take the p1ss and deal dodgy.

You can't just start shutting every site down.
I think the horse has bolted, music and film companies are now feeling the pinch.
Sad thing is, the biggest ones are American.
They're the ones losing the money.
Why don't they just sue Bill Gates and Microsoft.
They gave people, by the millions, the chance to post or download illegal stuff in the first place !!

Over 90% of all computer problems can be traced back to the interface between the keyboard and the chair
