Universal Credit has arrived
« on: January 21, 2016, 08:58:47 PM »
For those on housing benefits it is being introduced through NED.
It's been controversial and it remains to be seen how well this will really work.

Paid straight to the people who claim housing benefit it will then be up to them to pay the housing monies?

Many will, but there will be some that will not.

I bet the landlords aren't looking forward to this!!

I bet Sheffield Council are rolling this out too the way things are around here the money for the rent will be spent on drugs or booze first not on paying the rent. I can see tears before bedtime with this one crazy idea.
Ex Newbold ex Arbourthorne, Sheffield now sunny Dronfield.
