Should have been a life sentence at the very least.
He's a young man now, so in 21 yrs time he would be young enough to do something equally tragic.
He is also classed as "sane" by the authorities, so what he did was very deliberate.
This guy should never be set free, in fact the death penalty (if it existed) would even be not enough punishment.

He could be kept in after the 21 years, doesn't mean he will be, just like he could be let out after 10. But the sentence is 21 years, and my question was "does anyone actually consider that as justice".
(So maybe the question ought to be "is Norways justice system too soft!")

Life should mean life, not 21 years for killing 77 people.

That put's Norway as soft as this country.
Now we move to the death penalty debate, personally, I think he needs a lethal injection.
But will that make him a martyr to his supposed belief's, and probably the sicko's who follow his line of thinking.

Breaking news from a prison in Norway.

"The Norwegian convicted of the massacre of 77 people last year has said he is being held in "inhumane" conditions.

Anders Behring Breivik complained in a letter to the prison service that his coffee is served cold, he does not have enough butter for his bread, and he is not allowed moisturiser."
