I haven't been along that end of Saltergate for ages.  Got rather a shock today when I saw it.  I knew it had gone, but nothing really prepared me for seeing it for myself.  Also seeing my old school was flattened too  :(

It's taken on Cross Street looking across the old ground to the back of Compton Street. We live a few doors down from the big tree.
I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.
