Not sure about that, I heard he'd been shot by a farmer. Maybe there are not different options for closure on the website.

Dogslost is good for getting the message out and drawing attention to other dog lovers to look out for missing dogs in the area and has been successful in helping owners find their pets; maybe it just says reunited to close the case. Maybe they are relieved there is closure rather than not knowing where the dog got to, different people react in different ways.
