Was nice to meet a few new faces  :)
CChris, OC and Keith.

And some of the regulars, Pete, Slacker, and Aitch.
Plus, sorry Aitch, I always forget your hubby's name  :-[

I'm sure normality will be resumed to Our_Lass in the morning.
For some strange reason she decided my name was clunt on the way home in the taxi.
Might have been my hearing  :))
Anyhow, once we'd dropped OC and Keith off,
she stopped trying to hit me and calling me silly names, and went to sleep  ^-^

OC just text me, thanking me for the evening and meeting up with other forum members.
I'm humbled, well, part pi**** actually  ;)
Now if that isn't how a local forum should be, what is ?

PS. The mixed Grill with the free drink works out about $6 each. Burp fart belch, hic
I can't find the pound sign on my tablet's keyboard  PMSL

Night folk. Roll on another year  ;)

@clunt err sorry Fly  :)) we enjoyed the night and your other half was fine  :) no probs - stop apologising, I've just got up as the wine went straight to my head - should have eaten more before we came as didn't have that much really.

@CC your little one will move out of the teething soon enough bless him, and then you can both sttle down to a full nights. sleep.

It was a good night and very nice to meet new people.  Really sorry you missed it, Gertie but, I suppose we have to expect people of your age to be a bit forgetful.  ;) x

Sorry to have missed the get together, as I said before on a previous post at the time I was on a plane between Hong Kong and the UK.
The good news was that on the plane the booze was free, so I had a few (few????) and wished you all a merry Christmas and a better New Year.
I know I haven't been posting as much as I used to do but after the operation I should be up and running.

Sorry I couldn't make it, as some of you may know we're having problems with the Mother-in-law, not only physical - she has been diagnosed with early onset of dementia and she seems to keep drifting in and out of 'sanity' (for want of a better descriptive term. This also explains my lack of posts over the last few weeks (although it seems more like months!)

Sounds like a decent turnout and that you all had a good time (due to me being absent?)  ;)

Here's hoping to attending the 2013 'do'!  :)
