I still remember Matlock winning at 5 - 2  Mansfield in the FA Cup in 1976. Different levels of football the; Matlock were one of the leading non-league teams having won the FA Trophy at Wembley a few months earlier and Mansfield went on to win the old 3rd Division and spent one season in 2nd flight football. Think it was their only home defeat that season.

@ Slacker my hubby was on the committe when they went to Wembley, he still talks of it although he couldn't go and watch the match.
