I am aware that a lot of people aim to lose weight in the new year.
Advice, prevention is better than cure. If you don`t put it in - you won`t put it on.
Simple theory really. If you prevent yourself from becoming, a smoker/overweight ..... you don`t have to
find a cure to solve these. Think about your future, is it really worth that cig/chocolate bar - the answer is
no. A second on the lips, forever on the hips.
It is about training your brain, don`t take the easy way. Use the new year to change you - for good.
