This is an interesting one - I hope he wins. Do you think maybe the flood gates have been opened by the student's case not so long ago  - I think it was debated on here under workfare or slavery?
I'm surprised some of the disabled charities haven't had a go by now

Good on him - it's about time that the government and Atos were made to behave correctly instead of just riding rough shod over folks rights. Or they should go the whole hog and have unemployment made a crime, which is how these arrogant gits are treating people.
I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.
