Born and bred Boza, it's in my blood. Hillstown, Carr Vale, Model Village, lived in em all. Chesterfield's too big for me. (for living in).

But what about my son? He is 14 months , he was born in Chesterfield  , he will be living in Bolsover for a while, I guess he will feel like he is from Bolsover when he is bigger even though it is not in his blood, only half english for his mum.

I was actually 'born' in Chesterfield, and my family lived in Scarcliffe at the time, a little village about 1 1/2 miles southeast of Bolsover. We moved to Bolsover when I was a few month old, so I've only ever remembered living and growing up in Bolsover.
Your son will never remember living in Chesterfield  ;)

Also known as a De Da Simon.
As we born in Derbyshire are known as 'ducks'
Why is that name given to people from Sheffield by the way -

It's on account of how they (allegedly) use the words dee instead of they (as in 'yes dee do') and Da for you (as in 'Yes Da does')
I think!!!
I'm not an Alcoholic. They go to meetings
I'm a drunk I go to the pub
