I find myself watching tv series more than films - "Breaking Bad," of course, but also catching up on stuff that I didn't watch first time round, like "Heroes," and stuff that would only make it to an obscure satellite channel, like "Justified," which I can best describe as a modern "wild west" drama.
Film-wise, there's lots of stuff that you'd find in the "Three for a tenner" bin at Loggin's, but there's also a lot of classic stuff like the 1960s Michael Caine spy thrillers "Funeral in Berlin" and "The Ipcress File." Lots of sci-fi and anime. Father Ted, every series of foreign stuff like "Spiral" and "The Killing." I usually find enough to compensate for the presence of crap like "Geordie Shore" and "Towie."
