Man declared legally dead turns up alive and well but the  U.S. Courts say he has to stay dead!!!

A US court, the Hancock County, Ohio, probate court. He has the right to appeal to a higher court.

That's mad.
Three years isn't that long for someone to be declared dead.
Not sure why they couldn't use the words 'missing presumed dead'
Is he entiltled to money to live on then seeing as he's 'dead'

One consolation may be that he can go out and kill who he likes. I mean, what's he going to get? The death penalty?
