SOPA, Delayed or not.

Up to date news all seems very confusing. Different websites reporting different things.

This shows the effect on the US politicians for and against SOPA over the 24 hour backout

I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

Interesting that on the 18th there were 111 congressmen with a stated position and one day later there were 166. So in other words 55 of them had been sitting on the fence to see what effect the 'strike' would have!!!

I think that this time around they will consult someone before throwing up a new
bill to the Congress regarding this.
The so called "experts" they claimed had looked into this probably only existed in
their imagination.

But this isn't finished yet. It will be back, that's for sure.

Anyone got any idea why Twitter didn't go support the cause?

They did...just didn't do the blackout. Since Twitter is about networking I think that less people would have
known about SOPA/PIPA and the blackout if it hadn't been for Twitter. Some sites are more tools than others
and Twitter belong to those, so a blackout there would have done more harm than good.
