We went there on Friday and didn't find it too bad given the time of year, I even found a parking space after about five minutes. The only thing I'd change would be to make it one-way in a clockwise direction.

Have to admit I 'cheat a bit if I can when it's busy'
Itry and park at the top end from the shops - thhen head out straight across the roundabout - traffic parked nearest the shops have to give way to the right of roundabout - so the que moves a bit faster
