« on: January 22, 2012, 11:48:19 AM »
Heres the idea, fill in one for each day (except Sunday).  Ive made it easier, just copy and paste from the below

Cheesy Tuesday (pop, guilty pleasure)
Workout Wednesday (dance record, high energy)
Birthday Thursday (the record that was number 1 when you were born)
Film Friday (songs from the movies)
Singalong Saturday (what you love to sing along to)
Chill Out Sunday (chill to...)

Copy from here \/ \/ \/

Moshpit Monday  -

OK - I'll bite:

Moshpit Monday  - Smells Like Teen Spirit - Nirvana
Cheesy Tuesday  - Sara Smile - Hall & Oates
Workout Wednesday  - Rhythm Is A Dancer - Snap!
Birthday Thursday  - Answer Me - Frankie Laine
Film Friday  - You Can Keep Your Hat On  - Joe Cocker - (Movie "Nine and a Half Weeks" 1986)
Singalong Saturday  - Your Sweet and Shiny Eyes - Bonnie Raitt
I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

Cheesy Tuesday  -  Edwin Starr H.A.P.P.Y Radio
Workout Wednesday  - Michael Sembello She's a Maniac
Birthday Thursday  -  Gerry and the Pacemakers  I like It (I was born 4 months too early!!)
Film Friday  -  Christopher Cross  Arthur's Theme (self explanatory on the movie)
Singalong Saturday  -  Van Morrison Brown Eyed Girl (though in line with the thread title my Karaoke staple is 'Your Song')

Moshpit Monday  -  The song with one of the best known opening rock riffs: Paranoid by Black Sabbath

Cheesy Tuesday  -  Terry by Twinkle

Workout Wednesday  -  Don't want too many BPM at my age, the artists I have had on my MP3 player at the gym most recently are Alice Cooper and The Levellers so probably something by one of them.

Birthday Thursday  -  Young Love by Tab Hunter (whoever he is), think Donny Osmond covered it

Film Friday  -  Towers of London's punky version of the Lynyrd Sknyrd classic Freebird from the film of that name

Singalong Saturday  - Make Me Smile by Steve Harley or Free Electric Band by Albert Hammond. Used to know them all the way through having jammed on bass on them.

Chill Out Sunday  -   A choice of 2 of my favourite songs, Against The Wind by Bob Seger or Rock 'n' Roll I Gave You All The Best Years Of My Life by Kevin Johnson.

Subject to change at any time. Good topic.
