Good post Kent. Too many people accept what they are told in the shops, but the number of times I've "kicked off", insisted on seeing the manager, then quoted bits of legislation, adds up to quite a bit of saving over the years. A lot of these big companies just act like bullies when they deal with their customers / victims!
