Tony Blair advised Rebekah Brooks on phone-hacking scandal

It was revealed in court today that Tony Blair advised Rebekah Brooks on phone-hacking scandal whilst she was editor at News of the World.
Still acting the unprincipled git, Blair advised Brooks on how to get away with it by setting up an enquiry like the one Lord Hutton headed over the death of David Kelly.
What a creep he is/was/probably always will be.

Does that make him an accessory? I think he should at least be questioned in court, under oath. Which, on reflection, would make no difference to his answers, either way.
