Oscar Pistorius
« on: February 26, 2014, 08:51:42 PM »
The Blade Runners trial begins on Monday I believe it's to be televised.
Quite an interesting case this one and I will be following it.
After watching a documentary last year on the tests done in relation to Oscar's height as he claimed he hadn't his prosthesis on and the bullet positions this will be a touch and go case as to which way it goes for him I think.

He had an argument with her. She ran to the bathroom, he shot her.

He heard a noise in the dark time of night in his bathroom, so open fired and shot her.
South Africans keep guns under their pillows.

He lived in an exclusive village. Not accessible by the run of the mill public. Robbers and villains don't get in.
Think there's a trend starting here, he's not guilty.
He thought someone was breaking in. So shot them through the bathroom door. OOps, was the 'wife'.
How could it have been a villain ???
Shucks !!

Have to admit the evidence in the documentary stacked against him a bit.
It's a bit drastic to shoot and kill someone just because you had an argument though.
I'll wait and see what else unfolds in the trial.

Day 1.
Pistorius pleads not guilty to murder and charges of firing a firearm in public places, also pleads not guilty to not having a license for the gun? I'm not sure how the last one works out.
A neighbour gives evidence telling of hearing  a womans screams - Pistorius defence say it was Pistorius as he screams like a woman?
Pistorius claims the crime scene was tampered with?
The plot thickens!
